1. Design Criteria
A. Build to the requirements of Seismic Zone D2 (IRC 301.2.2)
B. Build Roof Wind Load to IBC 1603.1.4; 150mph (3 sec burst) (Vult), and 119mph (nominal speed) (Vasd)
C. Build Roof in accordance with IRC 802.4.1 to comply with 60psf live snow load.
D. Build entire structure to comply with IRC 2021 with regard to all code related issues such as, but not limited to, egress, smoke detection, electrical, etc.
E. Install Exhaust Only ventilation system to comply with 2014 BEES Standards Ventilation Standard.
F. Complete all ICBO inspections (less foundation and onsite final)
