Residential Construction
Welcome to the Residential Construction program of AEC. Our fully-owned construction company (BHC LLC) engages students in the construction of homes from footings to finish carpentry that are sold upon completion. The homes provide the perfect laboratory for hands-on practical experience in the building trades. AEC provides the following construction-related diplomas:
-Diploma in Residential Construction (36-Week Program)
-Diploma in Advanced Residential Construction* (36-Week Program )
*Residential Construction Diploma is a prerequsite for this program.
