AEC currently offers year-long (September - May) programs in Residential and Advanced Residential Construction.    AEC provides comprehensive Student Life to assist Rural  &  Alaska Native students in the transition to attend and successfully complete their vocational education. 

Diploma Programs

No student will be turned away from AEC due to lack of financial resources.  However, we expect students to explore all possible sources of funding for school.  The link above is a great place to start.  Got questions?  Email info@aecak.org for help.

About AEC

Amundsen Educational Center (AEC) is a faith-based non-profit, educational and vocational training school located in Soldotna, Alaska.  

AEC is authorized by the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education and accepts the Alaska Performance Scholarship. We offer comprehensive vocational training to students of all ages, cultures, and walks of life. 

We have two primary diploma programs in Residential Construction and Advanced Residential Construction.
